Customs requirements
Some countries require a recipient ID to clear customs (e.g., Tax ID, passport number, or Social Security Number). We’ll request this only for customs and handle it securely. Until we receive it, your order will be on hold. Please note: if we’re unable to obtain the required ID, we can’t ship the order and it will be non-refundable.

 

Made to order
Shipped with Skydropx and tracking. Typical transit time: 7–10 business days from ship date (may vary due to customs or local carriers).

Packaging
Unframed, rolled in a custom mailing tube. Packing & postage within Mexico are included.

International shipping
Not included. Reference rates: US ≈ $38 USD, Europe ≈ $78 USD (may vary by destination).

 

Care
Do not leave prints in the tube for more than 2 months. Avoid touching the paper; professional framing is recommended. If self-handling or storage, use gloves.
